Can I Come See The Space?

Yes! We would be happy to schedule you a tour and answer any questions. We are available by appointment Monday-Saturday, 10 am-5pm. Click here to book your tour. For tour outside of our office hours please call 469-570-1834

What Is The Venue Capacity?

Harry Hines Location:

We can seat up to 500 guests with dance floor and small DJ Area in the reception hall. Recommended 400 guests for events with large DJ/Band Area.

Regal Row Location:

We can seat up to 200 guests with dance floor and small DJ Area in the reception hall. Recommended 150 guests for events with large DJ/Band Area.

How Much Does It Cost To Rent Each Space?

It depends on the day of the week and your guest count. Please contact our venue manager for pricing or see our pricing brochure Here.

How Do I Hold A Date?

We can hold a date upon request and only for 3 days. To secure a date you must first sign a contract and pay required deposit. Once you have booked the space, our events team will be available for additional walk-throughs for you and your vendors.

Do You Require A Booking Deposit?

Yes, we require a $500 - $1,000 deposit to secure your date. This deposit goes towards your total and is non-refundable.

What Forms Of Payment Do You Take?

We accept cash, zelle, venmo, and all major credit cards. We make it super easy to make payments online with a client portal.
